May 7, 2020
Dear CSCA Sponsors, Members, Partners, and Delegates:
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Special Crops Association (CSCA), please accept this letter as official notice of the cancellation of the 2020 Pulse and Special Crops Convention, originally scheduled for September 15-17, 2020 in Whistler, British Columbia.
While we sincerely hope that the world will soon begin to recover from the COVID-19 crisis, we simply cannot proceed with the Convention until we can assure the safety of our delegates.
On a positive note, preparations have already begun for the 2021 Pulse and Special Crops Annual Convention, which will be held from September 7-9 in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Please stay tuned for details on next year’s event and other virtual events we have planned for the coming year.
In the meantime, on behalf of the CSCA Board and staff please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by this year’s cancellation. While we’re all presently managing through a challenging time, we are very much looking forward to welcoming all of you back; to reconnecting old friends and to making new business connections in a safe and healthy environment in Whistler in 2021.
Please do not hesitate to contact the CSCA office if you need any additional information.
Take good care and stay healthy.
President, Canadian Special Crops Association
