Blair Roth

Blair has spent 45+ years in the research, development, production, processing, and marketing of pulses/special crops grown in North America. He has been involved in the pulse and special crop industry in Canada for the past 35 years and as Director of Special Crops for Viterra for 33 years prior to retiring from Viterra in 2021.

Retirement activities include sitting as an advisor on the CPSC board, part time consulting with BTR Enterprises and as a Director on the board of the Interfaith Foodbank in Lethbridge, AB. Not to mention golf and curling.
